the search button to start retrieving files on library</li>
<li> Click
on the drop-down menu to choose KEYWORDS or ARTISTS options. </li>

<li><strong>Keywords</strong> -&nbsp; This is a global search option that searches all metadata. Type in any word that may appear in the files including titles of work, artists\' names, colors, and etc</span></span></span></span></li>

<li><strong>Artist </strong>- the name of the artist (Last Name, First Name)</li>
<li><strong>Location</strong> - the location in which the artist resides (at the time of inclusion in this collection)</li>
<li><strong>Title of Work</strong> - the title of the artwork itself (NOTE: some works are unnamed per the artist choice)</li>
<li><strong>Collage</strong> - this option collages images from the collection on the screen and viewers may click on any image to view the document (NOTE: you must allow pop-up windows to use this feature) </li>
