evaluation
resources for evaluating a literacy program
In order to ensure the success of any program, its strengths and weaknesses must be periodically evaluated. Having an evaluation procedure in place will help you determine what is working well, what isn't, what can be improved, and how.
When developing evaluation procedures, it will be up to you to determine who will oversee the evaluation, what criteria will be included, what measures will be used, and how frequently evaluations will be conducted. The following resources will provide some guidelines for designing and implementing evaluation.
